Tri Tool Implements Enhanced Customer Training Program

Tri Tool’s customer training program was developed to provide a thorough education in Tri Tool machine tools and welding equipment as well as industry best practices for safe field operation and maintenance.
Our qualified, highly skilled instructors have real world machining and welding experience in the field and shop settings. Most have been directly involved in the design and field testing of all our products and will be able to offer unique insight in their use.

Tri Tool provides training at three facilities conveniently located across the United States.

Rancho Cordova, CA – Tri Tool’s corporate and manufacturing headquarters.
Stafford, TX – Our newest facility located just twenty minutes from Houston.
Atlanta, GA – Headquarters for Tri Tool Services.

With safety as a major component of our training, there will be some classroom curriculum, but the majority of the training will encompass hands-on activities and skills development.

Training is based on a minimum of three to five participants. Most training sessions last from 2 to 3 days.

A typical course covers the following subject matter:

• Review and setup of equipment
• Overview of accessories
• Overview of applications/materials
• Overview of equipment operation and usage
• Maintenance procedures

• AdaptARC Orbital Multi-process Mechanized Welding
