extends the 500 Series SeverMASTER product line
Rancho Cordova, CA – July 03, 2014 – With the introduction of the new 5712AC and the 5716AC series SeverMASTER® severing and squaring platforms, Tri Tool has created the ideal complement to their existing 500 series high production thin-wall tube cutting and squaring machines.
These high
production workhorses create the perfect weld prep with a patented Auto-Cycle
(AC) cutting system that resets the tool bit after each cut, and a variable
speed motor and smooth ball bearing design for flawless severs. With severing
bits that produce easily collectible ribbon-like chips, they are the perfect
alternative to pipe saws in the clean room fabrication environment that
generate an abundance of particulate contamination.
Enhanced with
enclosed gears and foot pedal control for operator safety, the 5716AC and
5712AC also come standard with dual severing tool bit holders for heavier tube
or thin-wall pipe up to ¼” wall thickness.

unique self-centering full support collet system, you’re really able to provide
for secure clamping and reduce the torque and distortion while working with

With four
models that cover the range from .25” to 16” OD tube or thin-wall pipe, the
